What's Actually on the Menu
Five meals rotate on the Family Meal Pickup page, each priced per person and served with its own included sides: American Hearty Beef Stew and Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken at $21/person, Grilled Pesto Salmon at $25/person, and Lemon Herb Grilled Steak and Tenderloin Roast Beef at $26/person. Every listing shows exactly what's included - a protein plus its sides - so there's no guessing what "the chicken" comes with before you order.
Ordering Happens on Toast, Not on Our Site
Browse the menu and photos directly on our site, then tap "Order Now" to open our Toast ordering page in a new tab - that's where you actually build your order, choose quantities, and check out. We route ordering through Toast rather than a custom cart because it's a platform built specifically for restaurant pickup, with faster checkout and fewer steps than building that from scratch. Your browser tab stays open on our menu page the whole time, so it's easy to double-check what you meant to order.
The One Rule That Matters: Order a Day Ahead
Every Family Meal is cooked fresh for a specific pickup window rather than held under a heat lamp waiting for same-day orders, which is why we ask for at least 1 day of lead time - order today, pick up tomorrow, at whatever time window you choose during checkout. This is the single most common thing first-time customers miss: if you're hoping to order at 5pm for dinner tonight, Family Meal Pickup isn't built for that turnaround, and Toast ordering will reflect the next available pickup day instead.
Minimum Order and Mixing Meals
Each pack has a 3-person minimum, but that minimum can be mixed and matched across any of the five meals - two orders of the chicken and one of the salmon satisfies it just as well as three of the same dish. There's no maximum, so the same ordering flow scales up cleanly for a larger family gathering; it just isn't designed for office-scale headcounts (see below).
Picking Between the Five Meals
American Hearty Beef Stew and Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken sit at the lower end of the range ($21/person) and both lean toward comfort-food territory - the stew especially, for a colder night. Lemon Herb Grilled Steak and Tenderloin Roast Beef ($26/person) are the heavier, more formal options, closer to what you'd order for a dinner that feels like an occasion rather than a weeknight meal. Grilled Pesto Salmon ($25/person) sits in between and tends to be the pick for households wanting something lighter without going full comfort-food. If your household genuinely can't agree, that's exactly what the minimum being mix-and-match is for - order two different meals and split the difference instead of picking one for everyone.
What Happens Between Ordering and Pickup
Once your Toast order and payment go through, your meal enters our kitchen's prep schedule for the pickup date and window you selected - nothing gets cooked until the day it's actually needed, which is the same reason we ask for a day of lead time in the first place. You don't need to do anything else on your end between ordering and arriving; there's no separate confirmation step or additional app to check.
Requests, Substitutions, and Pickup
Toast's checkout includes a notes field - use it for allergies, a spice preference, or a substitution request, and our kitchen will do its best to accommodate it before your pickup window. Arrive during the window you selected and your order will be ready; showing up right at the start of your window, rather than well after it, gets you the freshest version of the meal.
